Sarah Schminke


Meet Sarah Schminke!

Sarah is our Wedding and Events Specialist. She started her position in May of 2023 but has been working events for The Heights since August 2021.

She is responsible for all things wedding! This includes the selling of rehearsal dinners, receptions, ceremonies, breakfast/brunches, getting ready rooms, and welcome parties. She’s the primary contact and coordinator for the planning of all wedding related internal events. Sarah details and plans our smaller, social events when need be! Along with this, she runs our social media pages.


A little more about Sarah:

The best moment of her life was completing her 2nd Chicago Marathon and finishing under 5 hours!

She’s most proud of her involvement in Dance Marathon while she was at The University of Iowa. She was honored to serve on the executive council and tie with her friend on raising the most amount of money one year for the strongest kiddos in the world at Stead.

We love having Sarah as part of our events team!

What do you love most about your job?

Her favorite part about her job is getting to help brides plan their perfect day! She loves to hear all their ideas and be able to watch those ideas come to life.
