Emma Morgan has been in various roles at The Heights Rooftop since 2022.
As the Weddings & Special Events Coordinator, she supports couples through all celebrations surrounding their big day — from bridal showers and rehearsal dinners to day-after brunches and of course, ceremonies and receptions!
Alongside her wedding work, Emma also coordinates the venue’s special events and off-site catering jobs, leads our marketing efforts, and oversees beverage programming – bringing creativity, strategy, and fun to everything she does!

When she’s not planning events, you’ll likely find her hunting for vintage treasures at thrift stores and estate sales, or sampling a new local IPA. Bonus points if both happen in the same afternoon!
Emma loves that the event industry lets her wear a bunch of hats. Sales, logistics, creative ideas, marketing, vendor partnerships, guest experience—she likes being involved in a little bit of everything.
