Carson Bean


Carson is our Event Operations Manager. He started his position in June of 2022.

His day to day responsibilities are always fluctuating, but one of his main responsibilities is to order products for the bars, linens, and some of the back of house products. He is in charge of all the front of house staff in The Heights, including hiring, firing, and scheduling said staff members. His main priority is to make sure all events are set and ready to go for our amazing guests.


A little more about Carson:

He loves to hangout with friends and family during his free time. If you ask the people close to him, he would be described as hardworking, dedicated, approachable, and organized!

A fun fact about Carson is that he collects architectural Lego sets of sky lines, including The Empire State Building, The Statue of Liberty, and major city sky lines.

What do you love most about your job?

His favorite part about his job is being a part of this team. Everyone works great together and knows each other so well. He also loves getting to know all of the contacts and guests during events.
