Garrett is down to earth, passionate about food, and somewhat of a sport enthusiast. He has been in the food industry for over 15 years and has worked in almost every type of kitchen. Chef Garrett is a 3 time American Culinary Federation award winning chef. He has opened 3 new restaurants and now a hotel! When he isn’t working you will find him spending time with his wife Summer and their two boys.

What do you love most about your job?

I believe cooking is an art. Every piece of meat is different, and every plate is comparable to a new canvas. I love making beautiful plates that people enjoy and are more than happy to come back for. I also love the fast pace and the adrenaline rush in a kitchen and striving to be the best! I love hearing from people about their meals. When people come up to me outside of work and tell me how much they enjoyed the food, it’s a validation of all the hard work we did.
